MENTORSHIP 

ATHEENAs Mentorship consists of packages/series of consults customized for each client based on their spiritual level and what they would like to awaken & expand. It often involves healing/clearing sessions and teaching clients how to heal and clear themselves, sacred initiations and breath practices designed to awaken and anchor the SPARK Consciousness, and all the Superpowers that the Higher Mind is capable of including intuitive abilities, divine discernment (truth detector), clearing subconscious programming and breaking free of self-sabatoging patterns. 

Atheena wanted an "easier way" to connect to Source Creator that could be done by everyone regardless of religion or level of spiritual practice, and so she & GOD co-created a simple activation sequence that allows the body to become an amplifier for the "Still Small Voice of GOD", and now she is sharing it with others in hope that as many in the human collective awaken to the truth that GOD placed a Spark of Itself within each of us, and when we awaken this Spark, we become interconnected to the Universal Mind and Consciousness Expansion that emanates from Our Source Creator / GOD.

As we interconnect with the Highest Power in Our Universe - and with others who have also awakened their Spark -- we unplug from the illusionary world of the "thought stream" separated from SOURCE -- and we connect to the Unity Field ( or Christed Consciousness) that is capable of reaching all of humanity on a higher level anchored into the "GOD-presence" (SPARK) within each of us - to forge a new "awakened" collective reality - out of the Dark Ages & into The Age of Light -- this new era which is upon us - what prophets have described as "Two Thousand Years of Peace" and "Heaven on Earth."

THE PRACTICE:  

• By holding simple postures and breathing with intention and visualization, we begin a series of activations within our heart, our mind, and our will.

• This reconnection to Source/ Prime Creator / The Universe - whom many of us call GOD - can be felt within the body - and you will be taught kinesiology to confirm this connection.

• We then learn the Sacred Light Breath and use it to bypass the "thought stream" and activate the "SOURCE Stream" to commune with GOD during meditation.

• Finally, we proceed into a light body ignition sequence to “Activate Our Halo” and then send love and healing to our planet and our human collective.

You will be given instruction and a video recording of the tutorial to review as many times as you need to familiarize yourself with the technique and upon integration, you will be invited to join other practitioners in our daily group activation, meditation and transmission.

Breathing is the foundation for expanding consciousness and the optimal functioning of the mind and body.

Some of the Breathing Techniques taught by ATHEENA include:

• Energizing Breath: to recharge the body's life force 

• Trauma Release Breath: to allow energy to pass through an injury or negative emotional experience

• The Sacred Light Breath: to flush out acquired mental programming that no longer serves your expanded consciousness

• The Light Spine Integration Breath: helps fortify the column of light running along the spinal chord within the light body

• The Infinity Breath: brought forward by Archangel Michael. this breath is designed to awaken the higher operating system of the human body's multi-layered template.

• Alternative Nostril Breath: for Hemi-Sync (balancing right and left brain) / excellent preparation for remote viewing

This is an advanced practice for those who are able to hold the light for the awakening of humanity. 

ATHEENA teaches step-by-step with great detail and powerful visualization to guide your illumination and bridge this Divine light from Heaven into the cyrstaline core of Gaia (The New Earth) - finally transmitting this light into the unity consciousness of the awakening human collective.

Energy MastEnergy Mastery with ATHEENA is performed remotely without The Client being physically present.
